I’ve been making pots and playing with clay since 2009. I love making things that are used, held, loved. I want my pots to be touched. The weight, the shape, and the feel of the surface are all invitations to engage. My hope is to bring a sense of joy and engagement to ordinary, everyday moments. In a world teeming with trouble, pain, and confusion, joy is essential, life giving, and an act of resistance. My best work comes when I am simply playing with what’s in front of me.
