Leonora Clarke is a Seattle based tile maker and ceramicist.  She is deeply inspired by ancient artifacts, languages and techniques. Currently, she is putting her recently acquired knowledge of Sanskrit to use by incorporating Buddhist texts into clay forms.   
Inherent in all her work is a natural stillness which leaves an indelible imprint in all that she does.  

As a long-time practitioner of the tea ceremony, she has dabbled in creating her own tea implements as well.
