Erin
Bennett

Erin’s ceramic work is rooted in presence, softness, and intention. She creates functional pieces meant to be lived with—vases that hold something meaningful, bowls that become part of daily rituals, forms that offer a quiet sense of ease.

Her practice is shaped by care and curiosity, inspired by the textures of the natural world, the emotional resonance of literature, and the small, tender moments that give life its rhythm. Erin is drawn to imperfection, texture, and the feeling of something made by hand. Through clay, she embraces the beauty of process—trusting in transformation, letting go of perfection, and allowing each piece to become what it wants to be.

As a Black woman and community builder, Erin sees her work as an offering—rooted in connection, comfort, and legacy. She hopes her pieces create space for restoration, reflection, and belonging. At its heart, her work is about becoming: a slow unfolding, a gentle reminder to take it easy, breathe deeply, and find beauty in the in-between.
